to Delivery

We use are extensive knowledge of materials and techniques to craft your project to your vision. Our decades of experience have endowed us with the knowledge and professionalism to provide optimal design solutions. We are adept at navigating design layouts, specifications and timelines to ensure your installation day is stress free.

Every member of our team cares about your project. Our internal teams work in concert to facilitate your order and deliver an heirloom- quality product. With clear systems in place, we have full access and visibility to all stages of where your order is in production, so that we can be proactive in our communications and never falter in our support.

Our design team provides the support as you need it. They can advise on final colors, fibers and construction, refining your ideas and providing the assistance you need to bring your design to fruition.

Once the details have been decided, our Visual Design Team in Grand Rapids will create artwork of your pattern in your color palette, scale, dimensions and layout for review and approval.

In order to move forward with your design direction,  including colors and construction, we will produce a sample. Domestic samples can be produced in our Grand Rapids mill within two weeks. Samples developed overseas can be done in as little as four weeks. The process for these products does vary, but the service and quality you receive will remain consistent — and top-notch. If you have any questions or would like an update on your sample, your sales representative is at your service.

Receiving the sketch of your finalized design is an exciting and essential part of the process. Once you’ve verified the design details, layout and dimensions, simply sign off  and we’ll send your custom rug or carpet into production.

Depending on your product selections, your rug or carpet order will be scheduled for production in either Grand Rapids, Michigan or sent to one of our trusted partners overseas to produce. We take the utmost care in ensuring your order is made to your approved specifications.

Our quality control and production teams work side-by-side to closely inspect, carefully package and deliver your exceptionally crafted carpet. When install day arrives, we are on-call to help with any issues that may arise or simply celebrate with you.
